Winter Wedding @ Liberty Grand

Ahh Toronto! The big city, the glam, the people, the style, hustle and bustle. What a great place to have a wedding! Starting at The Fairmont Royal York, my fabulous Bride and Groom got ready and started their wedding day surrounded by near-royal luxury, friends and family.

Despite a bitting cold, the smiles were plenty and their dream day was a huge success. Here are a few glorious photos from their day!

T'n'T wedding Day!

I met Theresa and Thirstan a year ago this January. It's been so awesome getting to know them. I'm constantly saddened by the fact they live in Ottawa and I only sometimes get to see them! Definitely peeps that I'd want to hand out with on the regular.

They pretty much planned their wedding 'long distance' but I was blown away with all the gorgeous details that made their day even more beautiful. From the dress, to the shoes, the flowers, the change in hair styles from a 'Day' to 'Night' look, it seemed that nothing was unaccounted for!

I especially loved that photography and documenting their special day was an uber important part of their day. They wanted to go all out and have a full 12 hour day. And so it was.

John and I started bright and early at 10am, and finished a staggering 12 hours later. The day simply flew by, and we barely noticed until we woke up the next day and felt our sore feet!

Love is in the air!

Shame on me for not making time for my beloved blog! Usually in the winter things slow down and I get fat on the couch watching 6 season's worth of some kind of tv series. Not this winter!

3 gorgeous winter weddings, lots of photoshoots, and a Valentine's Day fundraiser to benefit a charity which is dear to our family's heart, the KW Alzheimer Society.

I whipped together 2 different sets for some fun and adorable Valentines' day photos. Here are a few images that I absolutely LOVE! The Easter sets are already in production and dates will be announced for another fast and fun mini session!

Holiday Contest!

The snow falling these days is absolutely charming. I know most would gladly wring my neck at my cheerful disposition towards the season. Truth be told, photos during this unique season can be so special!

Snowflakes on the tip of your nose, falling gently all around, snow angles, tumbling into the snow with your lover. *sigh* I'm a doomed hopeless romantic.

Wintery-Fall Engagement Session!

The seasons change so fast! Another wedding season is over, but that doesn't mean it's time to put the camera down!! NO SIR! There are engagement sessions galore to photograph! Here is a little sampling of a shoot I did last week with Lisa and Lee. They are getting married next September and have invited me to be apart of their day! I love photographing in places that look so different each season. It's rejuvanating and breaths a breath of freshness while behind the lens!
